• You submit the document for translation and receive an acknowledgement mail detailing the expected delivery time.
  
• The document is allocated to one of our team of professional translators with the required subject specialization.
  
• Upon completion, the translation undergoes a quality check and is returned to you by mail.
  
• Any feedback from a client in the middle of or after delivery of the translation will be
  reflected into the translation without any additional charge.

Documents under 2,000 words are completed and returned to you within a maximum of 3 working days (weekends excluded). An additional working day must be counted for each 2,000 words exceeding the initial 2,000. Turnaround of documents with larger volumes is generally decided upon following consultation with one of our translation coordinators.

The information contained in the documents/source files supplied by our clients will be dealt with in a confidential manner. We will at no time disclose any details of our client’s business to any third party.
